Shipping Policies
Domestic: Order of in-stock paintings within Pakistan will take 5-7 working days to deliver. For client commissions, estimated delivery date will be communicated after a preliminary meeting (online/in-person) is scheduled.
International shipping is available to certain locations and is limited to standard artwork sizes only. Please make an inquiry to our email below to see if we ship to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 10 to 25 days for your international package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.

We understand and try our best to deliver all orders on time. Once the order is made through the website or, a confirmation call is being made by our customer care team.
We deliver to most places in Pakistan via our third-party service providers. For regular orders, it takes 5 to 7 business days to ship and deliver your artwork. For commissions, once we have got your information, we will set a meeting for your artwork’s production. After creation, it may take 7 to 14 business days to ship commissions. The clients are responsible for the delivery charges. Delivery charges are additional to the painting/print price and may vary depending on Seller’s location, delivery location, product category and product specifications. Additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Standard delivery charges may be shown on our checkout page; however we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address. FaySeen is not responsible for incorrectly provided information such as delivery addresses, etc., therefore the extra charges may be applied to redeliver the item.
Returns/Refunds Policy
All purchases are considered final. There are no monetary returns or exchanges allowed. In case of damages, kindly write and send image as a proof at fayseen62@gmail.com and you will be contacted in due time.
Rights To Images
The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission of FaySeen herself.
